Allocate satellite training facility for lease

Hashtag Academy recruits, trains and manages qualifying learners at an allocated township-based campus on behalf of our clients.

Recruit Youth on

client’s behalf

To qualify for skills development points in terms of the B-BBEE codes, clients employ the youth on a fixed-term basis for the purpose of providing the youths with a qualification or accredited certification through Hashtag Academy.

Appointment of Skills Development Facilitator 

The business benefits in terms of the Skills Development Levy and contributes to social development through employment of a registered Skills Development Facilitator.

Accredited training for qualifying learner 

SETA-Accredited courses are presented. ETI is calculated at R 1, 500 per month, per youth learner, offset against PAYE.

 

After the contracted period, we provide further youth employment prospects and work-readiness by placing them in appropriate employment positions via our labour absorption programme.

To this end, clients aid the knowledge development of South Africa’s youth and yield financial benefits for their business - an incentive that contributes towards economic growth, employment creation and social development.
